Minimum orders - Cupcakes 

Minimum orders of 6 to be placed of which all cupcakes must be the same flavour. Flavours can be mixed for orders which are larger, quantities for these can be discussed when ordering. Any changes to this are at the discretion of the company.

Placing an order

Please allow one week advance notice for cakes or cupcake orders and longer if you require very specific bespoke requirements. For larger orders or wedding cakes, please consult us with ample time to discuss your requirements. We will of course always consider last minute urgent orders based on current bookings.

For orders with personalised items please allow one - two weeks to Photoshop and create the pieces/print work if involved.

Payment terms

Payment will be collected at time of collection of goods, for smaller amounts we accept cash payments for your convenience. There is an option to transfer money directly into our account online, this will be the preferred method. For larger orders you will be required to pay a deposit of 10% upon confirming your booking. The remainder must be paid prior to or at time of collection. 

Please note: Deposits are not refundable even if orders are cancelled.

Delivery 

At present we do not offer a delivery service as standard, if however this will be required we are happy to help arrange for it at additional cost. The cost is location dependent from Willesden Green, North West London (Jubilee Line on the underground) where we are based.

Cooking 

Whilst we take every care to ensure that all our goods are baked and decorated using nut free ingredients (where required), there may be traces of nuts present as our kitchen handles nut products. If you have any special dietary requirements please mention this when placing your order. We also recommend you read our information regarding allergens.

Storage and Shelf life

Cakes and cupcakes should be stored on a flat sturdy surface at all times. Cakes made with fresh cream must be kept in the fridge until ready to be consumed, these should be consumed within 2-3 days. All other cakes to be stored in a cool dry place. Please note, cakes or cupcakes made with fondant must not be refrigerated at any time. Our baked goods will keep for 5 days, it is recommended to consume within this time frame for freshness. For any produce using fresh fruits it is advised to consume on day of purchase.
